Does Anyone Know a Good Realtor....

We have all seen those post on social media, you know the ones, someone is asking for advice in a particular field and wants the social media world to jump in and save the day with the perfect recommendation and the tags begin. I do not care if the people are looking for a quality plumber, electrician, surveyor, or YES...even realtor, the original poster is now overwhelmed with advice and everyone's favorite referral.  How in the world are you going to chose now?

My advice is simple, you are making the largest purchase or sale most folks will ever make in a lifetime please be prepared to ask the proper questions after social media has spoken. I am extremely blessed to usually be part of that conversation on social media in our area and I am EXTREMELY thankful for all of your referrals and seriously appreciate them.  Now that you have a list of potential Realtors here are a few suggestions. 

• Ask them their personal sales statistics, How many homes have you personally sold in the past 3-5 years?, not the entire team pieced together but the individual
• How long have you been selling real estate? 
• I encourage you to call them evenings and weekends and see who answers their phone? 
• Ask them their standard and preferred hours
• If you are looking for a realtor it is extremely important that personalities work well together. You want to make sure they understand your objectives and you all are heading down the same path.
