Rates Begin to Climb, Now is the time to buy

As the stock market has been on a rally here lately Mortgage Rates Begin to climb. What this means to you is that now is the time to purchase while money is cheap. Since the housing crisis in 2008 lenders have essentially been living off "free money". The FED is predicted to raise rates for the first time in a long time in the next month. As rates increase this means you can purchase less house for the same money. Today's rates (see link at the bottom)are still phenomenal and affordable. But do not wait now is the time to purchase.

I can remember my first mortgage at 19 years old was at 8.75 and I felt luck to have it. The hard truth is no one knows when and how much rates will go up, but look at the chart on the attached link( at the bottom) and you can see how they have climbed from the low 3% to the low 4% since September.

If you have any questions please feel free to call, text or email at any time and I will be happy to help.

Thanks
