It was a Saturday night at 8:30 and we contacted this agent about setting up a walk through. It had to be urgent because the listing became available and we were super interested. If we didn't look at it on Sunday it would be Tuesday or Wednesday due to our schedule and we knew if we waited there would be a contact on it. Our agent had this set up for us to see the following morning at 8:30 before church. We loved it and went back to his office and drew up paperwork. We were at church by 10:15. Steve is by far one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. When my wife and I first started thinking about buying a house 3 years ago we went the route alot of first time home buyers go in looking at the houses that are listed and contacting the listing agent. We quickly stopped doing that upon the recommendation of Steve from a co-worker who bought a house with his help as well. He was extremely polite to my entire family when we would take the kids with us to see the houses. We were looking at houses from McMinnville, to Winchester, to Lynchburg over the course of close to a year. In total we looked at well over 20 houses sometimes with long spans in between as the market was slow. No matter when it was I would send him an email inquiring about a house for sale and he would reply back almost immediately. He was very upfront about every house we looked dealing with the cost, value, and potential problems with each one to help me and my family find our dream house. We finally found it in June of 2014 in Lynchburg, he was extremely helpful and if we ever decided to sell this house and buy another I will absolutely go back to him before thinking about anyone else.
