What a GREAT year in the Jernigan household. My business exceeded expectations this year and I am very proud of the circle of business I have built throughout 11 years in the business. My wife is still being an awesome teacher who tries her best to affect the lives of her students in a positive way. She is still teaching Honor Classes and the Yearbook Advisor. She puts together a great looking Yearbook that looks like something out of a magazine. My oldest daughter EJ is now half way through her sophomore year and will have a driver’s license this time next year. My youngest Carter has started kindergarten at Hillsboro and as far as I can tell he is the closest thing to a rock star in that school, I mean every teacher I have come across loves that little boy and the staff treats him so well. I know I am obviously biased but Hillsboro Elementary is a fantastic school and if you are looking for a warm and welcoming school where they treat your children like a giant family you will not find better. He has begun taking AR test on the books he is reading. I am very proud of both of my children and I pray for them to continue on the path to being a responsible adult.
Every year during the Christmas Season as the year draws to a close I like to reflect on my goals that I have set for myself last January and see how I stacked up. Another year has come and gone and it was another year of unbelievable growth in my business. I am always so humbled to hear of all the previous clients, friends and family recommending me to others to help with their real estate needs. There have been many changes this year at Coffee County Realty. We invested in a new website and new Video type virtual tours to give clients the latest and greatest in technology. This year, 2013 will go down as my best year ever in real estate. Thank you so much to anyone and everyone who has ever used me for a real estate transaction. I look forward to the same type of growth next year and hopefully for the next 30 years or so until I call it quits.
Once again Thank you to the entire community for your support I am always humbled to think that you would allow me to help you in what may very be the largest investment you will ever make but more importantly thank you for letting me help make a house a home for you and your families.
